For serious basketball players (boys and girls) from 8th-12th grade. The focus is on footwork, aggressiveness, mentality, and all around skills with a basketball trainer.

Strength Training
Wrestling
CCS is offering a comprehensive Strength, Speed, and Agility program for young men and women in Grades 6th-12th. All athletes are instructed on proper lifting techniques and safety procedures. This program is designed to help prevent injuries and increase an athlete’s strength, power and agility.
High School Athletes (Rising 9th-12th) – Summer strength training is included in your sports fee.
Middle School Athletes (Rising 7th – 8th) – $100

CCS is heading into its 6th year of MS & HS wrestling. Coach Jose is looking to add students to our state Championship team.
