Cherokee Christian teams have the commitment of winning and putting the best team on the field & court. All of our athletes are expected to participate in summer workouts and attend team camp. We will not have the desired athletic program if we do not put in the effort during the off-season. Lifting weights during the off-season (summer and school year) could be the most important thing an athlete does to improve his or herself athletically.
